Permit types
The Federal Alcohol Administration Act requires a basic permit to produce wine or spirits, to import alcohol, or to sell it at wholesale.

Brewers, industrial alcohol producers and users, and tobacco permit holders are not published by the TTB (Internal Revenue Code section 6103) and are not on this site.
