# Dated federal alcohol permit report — $19 — federal-alcohol-permit-records

> One business's federal basic permit, its holder's other permits and the other holders at its address, compiled and dated as a PDF.

## A dated report on one permit

For a supplier file, a distribution agreement, a loan or a purchase: one federal permit and what surrounds it, compiled and dated as a PDF.

### How to order

1. Find the business with [the search](/search.md) and open its record.
2. Click **Dated federal permit report**: the form below fills itself in. You can also type the name
or the permit number here.
3. We compile the report by hand and send it to you as a PDF by e-mail, with a card payment link for $19.
You pay after you have the report.

### A dated report on this entity

The pages of this site are free and will stay free: an official fact belongs to no one. What is sold is the **compilation work** — what the public registers say about this entity on a given date, and what they do not say.

#### What the report contains

- the permit: number, type, holder, operating name and premises
- the holder's other federal permits, by state and type
- the other permit holders at the same address
- **what was not found**, written down: the checks made and the empty results
- the exact citation: TTB list and date

**Price: $19** / permit

#### What the report is NOT

It is not a document of the TTB and not a copy of the permit. The list gives no issue date; brewers, industrial alcohol and tobacco permits are not published and cannot be checked.

This is an order form. The request reaches us and we confirm it by e-mail before any payment. Nothing is charged at this stage.

Have a whole list rather than one entity? See [the professional access](/pro.md).

**Not a consumer reporting agency.** This site
and the datasets sold from it are **not** consumer reports under
the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and must not be used to decide anyone's
eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose
covered by the FCRA. If you need a background check, use a screening company
that operates as a consumer reporting agency.

**Do you run a winery, a distillery or a
wholesale warehouse with 20 or more staff?**

AI labs pay businesses to record first-person video of
everyday hands-on work — cellar, bottling line, warehouse — filmed by their own staff with a smartphone on a wearable
mount, with consent and under contract.
